About this site
This website is Hawaii Nails's storefront on the internet. It exists to show what we do, when we're open, and where to find us. Browsing it doesn't create any contract between us — the real agreement is the appointment at the table.
By using this site you agree to use it for its intended purpose: to learn about our services, browse our work, read articles, and book an appointment.
Prices, plainly
Every nail tech who has ever worked the chair knows the same truth: the price on the menu is the starting price. What you actually pay depends on the nail in front of us. We try to be transparent about it:
- Length — long nails and extensions take more product and more time.
- Design complexity — French, ombré, chrome, hand-painted art, rhinestones, 3D charms, and seasonal specials are priced on top of the base service.
- Repairs — broken tips, lifted gel from another salon, or heavy soak-off add time.
- Add-ons — gel polish, dip overlay, paraffin, callus removal, and hot stone treatments sit alongside the base price.
We will always walk you through the cost before we begin. If anything changes mid-service (you decide to add gel, switch to a fuller design), your technician will tell you what it adds before doing it. Prices on this website may change at any time.
Booking and walk-ins
Booking happens through our booking partner when you tap "Book Online." Cancellation windows, deposits (if any), and reminders are handled by that system and by our salon directly, not by this website.
Walk-ins are welcome and a beloved part of how this shop runs — but they're served as chairs open. On a busy Saturday, that can mean a short wait or being asked to come back at a specific time. Booking ahead is the only way to hold a slot.
Health, allergies, and your technician
Please tell your technician about anything that could affect your service. The list worth mentioning:
- Acrylic, methacrylate, or polish allergies.
- Skin conditions — eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, cuts, hangnails, or active rashes around the nail.
- Diabetes or circulation issues — affects how we approach a pedicure.
- Recent surgery, chemotherapy, or pregnancy — we'll adjust water temperature, pressure, and product choice.
We use single-use disposable pedicure liners, hospital-grade tool sterilization, and fresh files for every guest. Even so, you know your body best — please share what we should know. We're not medical professionals, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
Photos, content, and your nails
Our gallery, blog, copy, logo, and any photographs we publish on this site belong to Hawaii Nails LLC. Please don't republish them on commercial sites or use them to advertise another business. For press, partnerships, or feature requests, email us.
In the salon, we occasionally photograph completed nail work for our portfolio and social accounts (you may have seen us on Instagram). We'll always ask first, never include your face without permission, and a "no thanks" never changes how we treat you at the table.
Reviews and testimonials
Quotes shown on this site are taken from our public reviews on Google and similar platforms, where they were already public. We may shorten a quote for length, but we never alter its meaning. If you've left a review and would like the quote removed from this site, email us and we'll take it down.
Right to refuse service
Like any salon, we reserve the right to decline or pause service for safety reasons — an active nail or skin infection, an allergic reaction, intoxication, or behavior that puts our team or other guests at risk. We'll always explain why and, where appropriate, suggest what to do next.
Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter is opt-in. Expect roughly one letter a month — seasonal hours, new designs, the occasional promotion. Never more than weekly. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, or email us to be removed.
The newsletter is email only. We don't send marketing SMS from the website.
Limits and jurisdiction
This site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the information up to date, but hours, prices, and availability can change. For anything time-sensitive, please call us at (801) 252-7002 to confirm.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, since this site is free, is nothing. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, where the salon is located.
Updates to these terms
We update these terms when something material changes. The date stamp at the top of the page is the source of truth. Continued use of the site after a change means you're fine with the new version; if you're not, the unsubscribe link still works.
