Walk-in wait times at Hawaii Nails in Magna
Short version: weekday afternoons are easy, Saturday mornings are not. Below is the realistic wait pattern we see across a normal week, plus the tricks regulars use to skip the line.
Walk-ins are welcome at Hawaii Nails Monday through Saturday. We're closed Sundays. We hold eight bays, so even on a busy day there's usually movement.

The quietest windows
If walking in with zero wait is the goal:
- Tuesday or Thursday after 1pm — almost always immediate seating
- Wednesday morning — slowest day of the week historically
- Friday before noon — quieter than Friday afternoon
The busiest windows
- Saturday before noon — the single hardest window. Plan an appointment.
- The Friday before a holiday — Mother's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
- Wedding season Saturdays (May–September) — long waits all day
Pedicure vs manicure waits
Pedicure chairs run independently of manicure stations. Even on a packed Saturday morning, pedicures usually walk in with no wait or under 10 minutes. If you're flexible on service, a pedicure during a manicure wait is a common move.
How to skip the wait

Book an appointment. Booking through our online system holds a chair regardless of walk-in demand. Saturday morning, this is the only way to guarantee a slot.
Come on a weekday afternoon. It's that simple. Most regulars who used to wait an hour on Saturday now come Wednesday at 2pm and walk straight in.
What we don't do
- No waitlist app. We don't send "your turn is in 15 minutes" text alerts. Call and ask, or come and wait in person.
- No virtual line. First come, first served when you arrive in person.
- No surcharge for walk-ins. Same prices as booked appointments.
